Mr. Bernard E. Turnbo Jr.

Executive Director/CEO

Mr. Bernard (Nardo) Turnbo Jr. has been a part of the B.E.T. family since his birth in 1993. He has held positions as a Teacher's Aide and Office Professional within the organization. In 2015, as the business continued to flourish, Bernard Sr., the founder and owner, chose to retire and pass the reins to Bernard Jr. During this transition, Bernard Jr. completed his Bachelor's degree and earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler. He is currently working towards a Doctoral degree in Ministry at Wesley Theological Seminary, continuing the legacy of his father.

Mrs. Deedee Turnbo

Assistant Director

Mrs. Deanna Turnbo has been an integral member of the B.E.T. family since 1991. Initially serving as a Preschool teacher, she dedicated numerous hours to nurturing and developing young minds. Now, as the Assistant Director, she plays a vital role in upholding the center's aesthetic standards while collaborating with Mr. Turnbo to oversee the staff effectively.

Ms. Jackee Welch has been an integral member of the B.E.T. team since 2011, currently holding the position of HR/Finance Manager while also supporting the CEO with various special projects. She played a key role in developing the curriculum for our center and is driven by a commitment to enhancing B.E.T.'s financial performance. Jackee is dedicated to ensuring that our organization provides high-quality education, which includes maintaining a motivated and dedicated teaching staff to deliver the best possible learning experience for our children.
