Mr. Bernard E. Turnbo Jr.

Executive Director/CEO

Mr. Bernard (Nardo) Turnbo Jr. has been apart of the B.E.T. family since his birth in 1993. He has worked in the facility as a Teachers Aide and Office Professional. In 2015 with the business still thriving, Bernard, Sr., the founder and owner decided to retire and turn over the business to Bernard Jr. During this time Bernard Jr., completed his Bachelors Degree, and has achieved a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership at Xavier University to complete the journey of Bernard Sr.

Mrs. Deedee Turnbo

Assistant Director

Mrs. Deanna Turnbo has been a part of the B.E.T. family since 1991. She has spent countless hours shaping our children’s minds as one of our Preschool teachers in her early days of being employed with B.E.T. In her current role as Assistant Director she works to maintain the centers highest level of aesthetics while assisting Mr. Turnbo in the supervision of our staff.

Ms. Jackee Welch has been a part of the B.E.T. family since 2011. She serves as our HR/Finance Manager while also assisting the CEO with special projects. Jackee also assisted with the writing of our centers curriculum. Her passion is to continually see the increase of B.E.T.’s bottom line. She also is committed to quality education ensuring that B.E.T. maintains dedicated and motivated teaching staff for our children to receive the best education possible.
